Two hours of full access to the sauna and ice bath, the easiest way to ease sore muscles after a session or just unwind. Move between heat and cold at your own pace.
A 120 minute slot in an open group session with a maximum of 16 people.
Please bring or rent a towel to sit on, and maybe a second to dry off with. Access is first come, first served within your two-hour window, so there may be a short wait during busy periods.
